For our client, one of the leading IT and Social Media companys and the operator of the biggest and most famous search engine, we are hiring a "Sales Manager - Media Buying Solutions.

Location: Hamburg or Munich or Berlin
Working hours: 40h / week
Employment model: Permanent position with Nash direct GmbH / Harvey Nash Group

You are responsible for working closely with the wider DACH Sales Team, Dublin account management and central EMEA sales roles in selling our DoubleClick media buying solutions platform to the top media agencies in the region. You make critical contributions to winning key advertisers across our suite of buy-side products. You will be a critical contributor and in part as well a leader of managing complex client relationships (agencies). You bring in a thorough understanding of the digital media industry in a phase of profound programmatic transformation, experience in handling complex technology solutions and the ability to selltake a sustainable approach with focus on building lasting partnerships with key clients
* Work in close cooperation with Our Large Customer Sales team to drive holistic technology and media deals and implement them on advertiser and campaign level
* Coordinate cross-functional communication and planning with various teams

Minimum qualifications:
* BA/BS degree in Design (interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial, etc), Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
* Experience in online or marketing software sales, or online marketing and ad-tech
* Fluent English and German language skills

Preferred qualifications:
* Experience in the ad tech market (buy or sell side) and experience in the use of programmatic ad buying tools
* Experience dealing with A and B-Level customers and driving sales through relationships
* Proven ability to perform account management, support relationship building and account planning to further develop existing relationships and business
* Ability to think strategically and to make long-term impactful changes to meet strategic needs within the market
* Knowledge of the DACH / German advertising market
