Sales Manager - £70,000, OTE, Car Allowance -UKWide A Sales Manager, with a proven track record, is needed to manage a team of up to 8 sales consultants selling the full range of Unified Comms products to companies of all sizes, from Global brands through to SME businesses across theUK. T is a hands-on role and you will attend meetings with your team as required, leading by example and mentoring more junior sales consultant. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing all major accounts. Essential Skills and Experience - Proven Management of high an over achieving Sales Teams - Exposure to Target Setting, Training, Motivation and recruiting new staff - Excellent man management skills - Excellent relationship building skills - The ability to make the most of opportunities within existing client base - Report directly to the sales director on targets achievements. - Previous telecoms or IT infrastructure sales experience This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Manger to join a market leading companied in the Unified Communications space.
