Working on what is to cover a 4 month contract, the candidate will be involved in supporting the finance team with a focus on accounts receivable processing.
Duties will include;
- Assisting in the efficient & effective collection of monies due to meet DSO target
- Accurate maintenance of Account Receivable ledgers
- Ensuring up to date and accurate Account Receivable information is maintained
- Administration on suspended accounts
- Insolvency paperwork
- Filing claims
- Posting all remittances in a timely manner
- Cash allocation
- Review credit held orders and limits
- Meeting tight deadlines
- Processing Accounts Receivable
The right candidate will be a self-starter who has either held a similar position previously within accounts receivable/sales ledger or if you have a background in accountancy support where a role has entailed a large percentage of AR/SL duties.
Due to the nature of this role the right candidate will be immediately available (or on 2 weeks' notice as a maximum) and be able to commit to a 4 month contract.
