Projektbeschreibung

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Temp to Perm Sales Ledger role which will be based close to East Hertford Train Station. The company is a well known Construction company that is branching out nationwide and the role has a risen due to expansion.

You will be based in their London office temporarily for training until the Hertfordshire office opens where you will be based permanently.

*Validating sales orders for accuracy and compliance with internal formats.
*Processing Orders & Monitoring Orders
*Liaise with customers and colleagues in other departments to resolve discrepancies
*Reconciliations
*Expenses - dealing with company credit card invoices
*Accurately recording key sales data
*Timely and accurately generating invoices and credit notes within Sage accounts package.
*Monitoring and maintenance of customer direct debit records
*Assisting credit control colleagues in the resolution of billing/invoicing issues
*Assisting colleagues within Accounts Department as and when required
*Answering the telephone
*Ad-hoc Purchase Ledger duties.

Knowledge and skills:

*Experience within an Accounts Assistant role, Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger role would prove extremely helpful.
*COINS experience would be extremely helpful however not essential
*Computer literate and working knowledge of Sage MMS, Line 200 or similar would be advantageous.
