Sales Learning Instructional Designer

We are looking for a Sales Learning Instructional Designer for a 6 months contract position in Duluth, GA.

Responsibilities for Sales Learning Instructional Designer:
This position is for a Division Instructional Designer responsible for all phases of learning design, development and execution. This individual will work closely with their business stakeholders to identify the skill sets and appropriate training required to support the training objectives. The result is an integrated learning program/curriculum that will enhance the participant's knowledge and skill set to improve the overall effectiveness of the business division.

Typical activities include, but are not limited to:
Analyzing the learning need through critical task analysis to ensure linkage back to the desired business outcome
Designing and developing learning through the use of the ADDIE methodology for all projects
Researching, creating and organizing content into logical learning sequences
Working with Subject Matter Experts to create value-added learning programs
Creating courseware utilizing a variety of innovative learning delivery methods
Executing development according to a project plan and the CLIENT instructional design process

Skills for Sales Learning Instructional Designer:
A Bachelor's degree in a learning related field preferred
5+ years of training design experience creating innovative, blended learning Sales Training solutions, through developing both instructor-led and self-paced training delivered through a variety of methods including classroom, web, and mobile devices
3-5 years of experience in sales instructional design role is preferred.
3-5 years of experience in a sales roles or sales learning and development role
5+ years of project management with proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated skills in needs analysis and instructional design
Expertise in using Articulate Storyline 2 is required
Demonstrated use of eLearning development software (Lectora, Captivate, JavaScript, Adobe eLearning Suite and Flash are a plus)
Experience using audio and video editing software
Experience using HTML is preferred
Proven ability to learn quickly and work independently
Excellent project management skills
Proficiency in MS Office products
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and Learning Content Management Systems (Cornerstone On Demand Preferred)
Proven ability to work within a team environment, juggle multiple projects, and adapt to frequent change
Ability to build rapport with internal and external customers
Driving a positive customer experience
Training or practical experience in business analysis and measurement
