Sales Finance Controller

I am currently seeking a high performing, commercially orientated, finance professional to support the UK & I Sales organization. The candidate will be responsible for providing business support and financial leadership to the Managing Director of Enterprise and their management team. Responsibility will include managing a Segment P&L. Collaborating with multiple finance and business functions, ensuring fiduciary control and driving the finance transformational change agenda.

Key Skills:
* 10+ years in an FP & A or commercially-oriented finance role
* CIMA/ACCA qualified or comparable OJT
* Experience in the TMT industry
* Strong financial and business acumen.
* Business partnering skills, with ability to effectively challenge and influence senior sales and finance management
Highly-motivated and engaged team player with ability to drive for results
* Excellent written and oral presentation and communications skills including at executive levels
Handles controversial situations, customer/client negotiations and has the ability to influence and persuade senior management
* Structured in approach with an ability to plan work and prioritise effectively in a fast moving and deadline orientated environment
* Strong excel data manipulation skills
* Analytical nature
* Results orientated and self-starter with a proven track record of influencing senior business partners
