One of our clients, an international company in the financial services' industry currently requires a Sales Expert

Core Products and Solutions Sales Expert
Role Overview
" Execution of core consumer products and solutions strategy in Czech Republic, Slovakia and Austria in cooperation with Country Managers, Account Managers team and GP&S Team.
" Leading strategic projects targeted at products differentiation and innovation, customers loyalty programs enhancement and value added services promotion in the covered markets.
" Leading issuing projects with non-traditional customers
" Keeping strong relationships and cooperation with both internal and external customers to meet core products and solutions business growth objectives.
" Executing core consumer products strategy for Czech Republic & Slovakia including Debit, Credit and Prepaid cards.
" Providing support to AMs in core products area including conducting customer workshops regarding new product ideation & development, market updates and product trends, lifecycle management best practices and other customer facing customized initiatives.
" Supporting country managers in RFP processes and lead with services strategy execution.
" Cooperation and alignment with GP&S European Product Teams.
Profile
" Background in sales / innovative technologies/ consultancy of at least 5 years
" Knowledge of financial services sector and card payment industry
" Strong communication and team-work skills
" Strong presentation skills
" Results-oriented and customer-focused
" Strong self-starter and motivator
" Ability to integrate various disciplines (planning finance, sales, marketing, technology) and function in an unstructured environment with minimum day to day supervision
" Good ability to build relationships and network with relevant groups (banks, suppliers, third parties)
" Fluent knowledge (both written and spoken) of German or Czech and English languages
" Bachelor's Degree Education
