An exciting opportunity has arisen for a successful and motivated SALES EXECUTIVE to work within our successful and prestigious MERCEDES-BENZ dealership in Leigh on Sea.

- To provide the highest levels of customer service by providing a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and efficient service projecting the quality image of the brand and the Company.
- To ensure every customers' expectations and requirements are exceeded and throughout the sales experience.
- To achieve personal car sales targets, profit targets and activity levels as defined in the job description.
- To achieve all the key performance standards contained within the job description.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

The successful person appointed will:

- Have an outstanding record of sales achievement, ideally within the motor industry
- Be able to work with defined processes and guidelines
- Have excellent administration skills
- Have an understanding of database management
- Be enthusiastic, friendly and helpful
- Be committed to delivering an unparalleled level of customer service
- Be respectful and courteous to customers and colleagues
- Have resilience and a drive to succeed
- Honest with high levels of integrity

This is very hands-on role and the person appointed will:

- Have an outstanding record of sales achievement
- Be able to comply with all company and manufacturer's disciplines, procedures and reporting analysis
- Be able to work within a defined sales process environment
- Have good administration skills
- Have an understanding of database management
