Sales Exec - Earn up to 80K in your First year

Huxley Associates (under the parent company SThree PLC) are looking for exceptionally ambitious and outgoing individuals to join our Banking and Technology team.

This sales role will consist of maintaining relationships with existing clients while actively searching for new business through cold and warm calling and networking across your designated vertical market. You will also oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates, advertising, managing the interview process and acting as a mediator in negotiating a sale -- the placement of your candidate!

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelors degree
- One or two years of experience in sales or consulting preferred but not essential
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong work ethic and organization
- Competitive and driven to achieve
- Resilient and determined
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
