Sales Engineer Automation

Job description:

For one of our clients in a digital factory department in Huizingen we are looking for an Internal Sales Engineer Automation. In close cooperation with its partners within our client, in particular the Process Industries and Drives (PD) department, the Digital Factory division offers a large and unique portfolio of PLM software tools, industrial automation and drive technology tailored to the individual customer requirements in the various industrial sectors.

What you'll do:

As Internal Sales Automation, you are the internal contact point for customers with regard to quotations and configurations in the field of Industrial Automation.

Together with the Account Manager and the Sales Engineer, you will find the best configuration of our products and systems to solve the problem or customer demand.

This configuration is worked out in detail and translated into a technical offer.

For changes to this quotation or technical questions, the customer can contact you for further elaboration and optimization.

You act as a central point of contact for the customer and are in close contact with him via telephone and e-mail. You build a long-term relationship.

You support the customer with your knowledge of our automation products and systems (PLCs, Touch Panels, Industrial PCs and networks).

Profile:

You have a solid technical knowledge in the field of automation. Preferably you have an Industrial Engineering or Technical Bachelor's degree. (e. g. Electromechanical or electronic equipment)

You are a smooth communicator in Dutch, French and English.
