Projektbeschreibung

An Enterprise Software Sales Director is needed join a leading provider of cloud-based (SAP) software solutions, based out of theirLondonoffice. You will be responsible for leading cross vertical / enterprise wide drivers across a sales team comprising of new business, account, presales and marketing. You will need to have a hands-on approach to your work and really lead from the front.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Director with a proven track record in leading sales teams within the enterprise software / SaaS / Cloud arena in theUK.

Responsibilities include-

- Hands-on new Business Development / management
- Recruitment of sales staff
- P&L responsibility.
- Driving best practice / processes across the sales team and liaising with other departments developing strong cohesion.
- Defining and delivering on sales strategy.

Experience / Attributes needed:

- 10 years + experience of software sales, 5+ within Management / Leadership roles.
- Working within a SaaS environment.
- Experience of selling Cloud-based (ideally SAP) solutions.
- Self-starter, result driven, innovative approach & passionate about software sales.
