Sales Director, Cloud / Analytics, London, £100K + OTE

A Sales Director with a proven track record in leading multi disciplined sales teams is needed to join a niche leading Analytics solutions provider. My client's analytics solutions is cloud based and used by some of the largest UK-based enterprises in need of HR / Payroll / Scheduling analytic solutions. My client have an international presence and require a UK Sales Director to continue their growth.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategy across the UK, you will drive the sales teams performance, define territories throughout the UKand ensure revenue targets are hit.

Experience required:

* 7-10 years experience of selling enterprise scale software (ideally cloud-based Analytics).
* Proven track record in sales management / leadership.
* Ability to lead sales teams through long / complex sales life-cycles.
* Us of Power Base Selling Methodology.
* Overachievement, demonstrateable experience of improving and growing sales teams (new business, account and pre-sales).
* Selling HR / Payroll / Scheduling Analytics software.
