Our client, a leading technology-publishing business based in London and focussed on print and digital publications for specific industry seeks a Sales Director to drive a change programme which will implement a more-subsciptions based sales operating model and redefine the sales strategy for the group. The business, established just 2 years ago and ready to embark on an exciting, new chapter of growth has recognised that growth-scalability can only really be achieved once some significant restructuring of the current sales model has been addressed and restructured towards a subscriptions profile. In preparation, the Board has recognised the need for an interim sales project manager to drive this initiative and is keen to attract candidates with a deep understanding of subscriptuions-sales management, project management and setting sales strategy-process within a subscription based business. The chosen candidate will take responsibility for defining the project scope, implementing methodology to structure a project plan and then manage the delivery of that programme to timely (and ultimately successful) completion.
