In addition, relationships with major world airlines ensure that the experience of travelling in any class - but particularly in First and Business - come up to the standard of the rest of the holiday.
ROLE:
To demonstrate outstanding client service and by using highly developed communication and influencing skills, to guide our clients to the ideal holiday experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Handling all enquiries related to sales and after sales
b) Identifying clients' needs and propose products that meet the needs and expectations of the client
c) Proactively suggesting up sell options that would be to the benefit of the client
d) Responding and following up all clients requests. Delivering concise and accurate information to clients
e) Volunteering product knowledge to enhance the service provided to clients
f) Explaining to all clients the role of our Personal Assistants
g) Completing all details of the clients holiday within relevant systems
h) Passing booking requests and quotation document requests to the Personal Assistant team to action
i) Booking all components relating to the clients holiday request
j) Ensuring sales opportunities are maximized
k) Maintaining and improving individual and team product knowledge
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a )Outstanding communication skills, portraying a courteous and friendly manner
b) Motivated, positive and enthusiastic
c) Client focused
d) Good problem solving skills
e) Good systems skills
f) Well travelled
g) Previous travel industry experience, ideally in a luxury environment
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
a) GDS experience
b) Travel systems experience
c) Previous sales experience
d) Call centre experience
You may have experience in the following roles: Travel Agent, Sales Consultant, Airline Reservations
