Sales/Business Development Manager (Telecoms/Media Broadcasting)

Our customer a leading telecoms company have an urgent need for an experienced Sales/Business Development Manager. As the Sales/Business Development Manager you will be responsible for developing long term relationships with large organisations with the objective of winning new clients, keeping these clients, identifying new opportunities for these clients and selling them additional solutions based around Fibre, CATV, Internet and Telephony etc.

The Sales/Business Development Manager will work with Pre-sales/Marketing teams for the preparation of offers and respond to clients requirements. You will develop and maintain an overview of potential clients projects and manage a sales pipeline.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Straight forward, open and no-nonsense personality who
- Commercial and result oriented to identify business, prepare proposals, negotiate and close deals.
- Experienced, autonomous and reliable, able to take ownership and responsibility in solving problems in an independent manner.
- Flexible and stress resistant, handles multiple projects simultaneously and operates creatively in a constantly changing and very competitive market.
- Convincing, obtains required support for his/her clients, and assists and influences clients in their decision making process.
- Team player, works closely with colleagues from the same and other departments
- Analytical with helicopter view to understand the prospect/client organisations

LANGUAGES:

- English
- French and/or Dutch highly desirable.
