Sales Associate - New York - Uncapped Commission

SThree is currently hiring Trainee Sales Recruitment Consultants to join our New York City team.

Our New York office is continuing to experience huge success and our growth plans are extensive. Currently we have 60 sales consultants and are looking to grow to 130 across our brands, Huxley Associates, Real Staffing Group and Computer Futures!

We are a performance oriented sales environment with unlimited growth potential, uncapped commission and other incentive programs, such as holidays in the Bahamas and Las Vegas. You will be responsible for building relationships with industry professionals and speaking with clients and candidates regarding potential recruitment opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a desire to work in a fast paced highly competitive environment.

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of sales or recruitment experience preferably in a business to business environment
- Desire to work in a highly competitive and fast paced sales environment
- Evidence of having worked in a goal oriented environment
- Able to demonstrate that you are motivated by money or success
- Bachelors degree in any discipline with a GPA of 3.5 or above
