Sales Associate – Commodities area- Swiss German Market

OUR CLIENT Our client is a leader in the Exchange Traded Funds and Exchange Traded Commodities. In order to develop and support the Head of Switzerland, they are looking for a German (Swiss German is a plus) speaker candidate, having a first experience in SALES ideally in commodities-trading, willing to be based in London and to be working 50% of the time in Switzerland. THE JOB The main tasks are focused on Business Development and client service, you will be working on *Close collaboration with the Head of Switzerland: development of new clients and maintaining/extending client relationships *Daily support to clients: providing details on products and ad hoc information *Understanding the ETP and ETF products, primary and secondary markets, what is the competition doing, etc. *Prospecting and business development *Keep an overview of the market and stay updated on the info linked to this business. *CRM use, contact/collaboration with marketing department *50% of travelling in Switzerland THE CANDIDATE THEY ARE LOOKING FOR *First sales experience (1-3 years), certificate/background in sales, finance or business *Highly motivated, driven and business oriented *Experience in commodities (ETF / ETP sector is a plus) *Great presentation, communication and analytical skills *Results and solutions minded *Fluent in English and German (ideally in Swiss German as well) *Knowledge of French, Spanish and/or Italian is a advantage *Quickly available to start - London based with 50% of travelling in Switzerland Please feel free to call me for more details or to send me your CV: Celine Hendrick Huxley Associates Switzerland- +41 43 508 09 75.
