Sales & Operations program manager wanted for our client in Switzerland.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- More than 4 years of E-commerce experience running large-scale websites
- strong project management skills along with proven stakeholder management within a large organization
- Excellent communication and analytics skills are expected (Excel, Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.)
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, French would be a big plus
YOUR TASKS:
- working with E-commerce teams to identify improvements to existing website
- Defining new methodologies and processes to translate the needs from key stakeholders in the markets into business requirements and create a guideline of new developments
- Ensuring deadlines are met and developments are done according to specifications
- Acting as a change agent within the organization and communicating progress to the markets
- Implementing and overseeing post - launch activities such as documentation, KPIs, and handovers
