- Lead generation
- Sales support
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Supports the Account Executives to identify key areas of opportunities in the market.
- Prospect and cold call potential clients by leveraging internal and external relationships
- Schedule meetings and demonstrations for Account Executives
- Work closely with Advisory Sales Liaison to prospect accounts.
- Manage prospect list for each region. Maintain campaign lists and track outbound activity to prospects across multiple campaigns.
- Supports the Account Executives in sales order process in order to meet individual/team quotas and company business objectives.
- Generate contracts and ensure high quality client experience.
- Responds to escalated customer issues.
- Develop a deep understanding of capital markets, sectors, and company developments.
- Process Service Requests and Contracts
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred
- Up to two (2) years of relevant experience
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Detail oriented
