SALES ADVISOR - PETERLEE

We are currently looking for x6 Sales Advisors to work with our major blue chip client located in Peterlee, UK. Our client is a multi billion dollar world wide IT service provider.

THE ROLE: NEW LOAN GENERATION

Handling all customer calls professionally and courteously in accordance with Company procedures.

Ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met whilst maintaining customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

- Take responsibility to ensure your own targets are met.
- Be a team player and considerate of others.
- Be aware of call time and SLA's and how these interact with the incentive scheme.
- Ensure calls are delivered with excellent customer service and meet FSA regulatory requirements

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Customer focus
- Proven sales experience
- A positive and helpful attitude
