Internal Sales Administrator needed for an initial 6 month (maternity cover) contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Egham, Surrey.

The Big Picture Top Skills You Should Possess:
Administration and Organisation
RM experience, ideally Salesforce.com
Customer Service experience from a sales/client facing perspective

What you'll Be Doing:
Coordinate with sales region personnel in opportunity creation and order submission via direct and/or indirect channels.

Understand customer contracts and agreements to confirm quotes meet the requirements.

Manage Lead management, distribution and tracking in Salesforce and with channel partners and the telemarketing agency.

Responsible for assisting in management and cleansing of sales database (Salesforce.com).

Interface with End Users & Channel Partners maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Analyse and prepare reports that support sales campaigns, initiatives and territory deliverables.

Partner with Sales Admin and Order Admin to ensure that orders are booked correctly and in a timely fashion.

Liaison with other internal departments.

Serve as back-up to Sales Admin/Order Admin when necessary
