Sales Administrator - Exmouth

Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to support the activity of Account Manager's activities. Due to current workloads our client required additional support initially for three months but potentially in an ongoing capacity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting multiple Account Managers acting as the first point of contact for customers on a number of issues. The successful candidate will have confidence when communicating with customer and colleagues alike, work calmly under pressure and an analytical approach with confidence when dealing with figures

Main responsibilities of the Sales Administrator;

- To review annual renewals for Accountancy Practice customer
- To Process product upgrades/downgrades of licences
- Be the first line for customer queries/complaints
- To update and ensure accuracy of data on the CRM system
- Identify cross selling opportunities for Account Managers
- Process lost products/business

Suitable candidates for the Sales Administrator will demonstrate the following skills and experience;

- Previous experience in either a Sales Administrator, Sales Processing or similar positions
- Previous experience within a B2B business environment
- An analytical approach, confidence when dealing with figures
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Previous experience of working with or within the accountancy field.
- Strong customer focus
- Excellent communications skills - both written and oral
- Microsoft office package, eg Work, Outlook, Excel etc

Role: Sales Administrator
Location: Exmouth
Duration: 3 months initially (potential to be extended or to become permanent)
Rate: £95p/d Ltd/Umbrella
