As a Sales Administrator you will be supporting the permanent team in managing electronic tickets. As Virgin Media are expanding their network presentation, there are areas which are currently inaccessible due to land access issues ie private land, private roads, shared drives etc. In these instances Way leave permissions are required. Each ticket will highlight an area where permission is required. You will be using tools including Google Earth, Schematics, Mapping tools and Land registry databases to identify properties and who owns them. You will be required to get in contact with property or business owners via telephone or letter to get their planning permission.

We are looking for someone who has strong communication, administrative, organising and IT. skills. Someone who can work across referencing information, able to work using their initative, has attention to detail and work well within a team. This role is fast paced so someone who has the ability to be proactive, efficient and achieve deadlines.
