LOCATION: Forfar/Dundee

JOB TITLE: Sales Administrator

SALARY & BENEFITS: Competitive salary

WORKING HOURS: Fixed Term Contract - 12months Maternity Cover - Full-time, 08:00-17:00

THE COMPANY: Our client is part of a highly successful commercial vehicle franchise which was established over 50 years ago. They specialise in selling commercial vehicles ranging from vans to tractors. They are one of the largest in Scotland with over 8 branches in numerous locations.

THE ROLE: An exciting position has become available within the well established sales team. This is a busy and varied role mainly assisting with the day to day vehicle ordering process and supporting the external sales team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- -

Ordering and invoicing vehicles
-

The creation and maintenance of purchase and sales ledgers
-

Registration and tax of new vehicles
-

Dealing with incoming sales enquires
-

Providing administrative support to the external sales team
-

Liaising with other vehicles dealerships
-

Updating and maintaining CRM Systems

THE CANDIDATE: You will be a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a background in administration, able to multi task and successfully fit into an existing sales team. Highly organised, driven and committed to delivering excellent customer services.

You will need a keen eye for detail and be able to manage your time effectively in order to maximise results.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL:- -

Previous administration experience is essential ideally within a sales environment

Knowledge of the Motor Industry would advantageous
-

Sales and Purchase Ledger experience would be desirable
-

Strong IT Skills and knowledge of Microsoft Products is essential
-

Excellent customer service skills
-

Due to the location of this role a driving license would be beneficial.
