Sales Administrator

STRICTLY NO AGENCIESSALES ADMINISTRATOR - TEMPORARY CONTRACT WHICH MAY MOVE TO PERMANENT AFTER SIX MONTHS.FULL TIME, 40 HOURS PER WEEK. 8.30AM - 5PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY. THE COMPANYBunkerbound is a leading designer, developer and distributor of gadgets, gifts and home products. Based in Latimer, just outside Chesham, the company employs approximately 30 people. Bunkerbound deliver to clients in the UK, Europe and Worldwide.THE PERSONWill be an outgoing and friendly person, who is not afraid of hard work and who is able to manage multiple priorities.A manner and approach which is firm and friendly, not easily rattled and with a good sense of humour.Must be able to communicate in a professional manner and have a good understanding of the Queens English.Must have good computer skills, and be competent with Email, Excel, Microsoft Office and web based systems.Will also have the capability to take on broader tasks as and when required.Good customer service skills are a must, along with excellent verbal and written communications skills.THE ROLEThe sales administrator plays a key administrative role in supporting the sales team and provide an important link between the sales person and our clients. Reporting to the sales manager, they work in a challenging and competitive environment, processing all sales-related paperwork and handling customer service queries.Specific responsibilities include

- Maintaining client records
