ARE YOU A RECENT BUSINESS GRAD, WITHIN THE PAST 24 MONTHS, AND FINDING TOO MANY EMPLOYERS ARE GIVING YOU THE "NEED EXPERIENCE" RESPONSE?
Sandler, a worldwide sales performance and development company, has partnered with select local, growth-driven, world renowned software, network security, consumer packaged goods and media clients to engage business graduates in entry-level, revenue producing career roles within their companies. Graduates participate in a 3 - 6 month sales internship program with the employer while receiving ongoing sales training and coaching from Sandler and compensation commensurate with the employers' standard remuneration package for an entry level sales position.
The intern program provides the employer the opportunity to evaluate the grad for the potential of a full time, permanent career with the company and provides the grad with the opportunity to evaluate the option of a professional business to business sales career.
THE ROLE:
- Prospecting target accounts for new business
- Completing departmental projects as assigned
- Developing insight into the customers business and determining - presenting the value of company solutions
- Delivering web based demos of the company's solutions
- Closing business
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Organized, helpful and open to learning
- Enjoys consultative conversations with others
- Comfortable working in a team environment or independently
- Exhibits professionalism congruent with the business work environment
THIS IS FOR YOU IF:
- You have graduated from a university of college within the past 24 months
- You are frustrated that you need experience to gain entry into your career perference
