Salaried GP - Stafford

Dream Medical are seeking a UK experienced GP to commence employment with a forward thinking practice in Staffordshire.

The practice in question is a friendly, busy, forward thinking APMS practice with a growing patient population of over 3,000 patients.

The GP's are supported by an excellent nursing and administration team, and achieve high scoring QOF points. Dream Medical are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated GP who is driven to achieve excellence in patient centre care.

At present there are 5 salaried GP's - 2 male and 4 female who cover all the operating sessions working on a part-time basis. The Surgery operate 3 sessions per day:

8:00am - 12:00noon
12.00noon - 4.00pm
4:00pm - 8.00pm

TheGP surgery is open everyday of the year and sees both registered and unregistered patients on an appointment only basis.

This salaried post equates to 3 sessions per week and provides a very competitive salary which is enhanced for evenings and weekend sessions and includes NHS pension, GMC and childcare vouchers scheme.

Thursday 4.00pm - 8.00pm
Friday 4.00pm - 8.00pm
Week 1 Sunday 12noon - 8.00pm - two sessions
Week 3 Sunday 4.00pm - 8.00pm - one session
Week 4 Sunday 8.00am - 12 noon one session

In addition to the above sessions you would also have the opportunity to work extra sessions for holiday cover and/or sickness. This would be paid as a locum directly by the centre on top of your salary.
