For a project at our client, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for a

SAILPOINT SPECIALIST (5370)

In this role, you are responsible for providing impact analysis for changes in the environment and ensure proper integration across components/products.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- SEVERAL YEARS WORK EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR POSITION
- STRONG SAILPOINT SECURITY SKILLS
- JAVA DEVELOPMENT BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE IN IDENTITY & ACCESS MANAGEMENT
- Well versed Investigate and analyze incidents and deliver bug fixes
- Good understanding in supporting KTLO (Keep the lights on) activities such as:
- Version Upgrades
- Functional changes
- Documentation updates
- Release Management
- BCM/DR testing
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work in a global team and act as a Technical Specialist for internally developed applications
- Provide impact analysis for changes in the environment and ensure proper integration across components/products
- Delivery of audit reports and support evidence to Service and Product Management (SPM) and other audit teams
- Investigate and analyse incidents and problems escalated by the global support team
- Delivery of bug fixes and operational break fixes seen within the environment
