Sage ERP X3 Software Developer - this role is home based from anywhere in the UK or the EU (you must have the right to work in the UK) with one week per month spent at head office. This will initially be a 3-6 month contract.

Our client is a leading wholesale and distribution company who turnover £50 million p.a. - they have a 50 year history and 3 international offices. They implemented Sage ERP X3 globally at the start of 2014, but there is a lot of bespoke software development that needs to be done to get the system running at its full potential.

The position requires a Software Developer / Software Engineer who has strong experience of Sage ERP X3 software development and the Sage Application Framework for Enterprise (SAFE X3), Web Services, 4GL, Java Bridge, IDE and XML. The Sage ERP X3 development platform is not like any other development environment, and our client needs an experienced Sage ERP X3 Developer who can hit the ground running and can work independently.

This client has some really exciting upcoming projects including implementing a bar coding system. The successful candidate will have a really exciting opportunity to work on the Sage ERP X3 system.

You can be home based in the UK or anywhere within the EU but must be prepared to spend one week per month at the UK head office. You will need a reasonable command of business English, great X3 skills.
