Safety Specialist - Wells

If you are seeking a new Safety contracting role and think you would like to work for an operator then please read on. Based in Aberdeen on a rolling 12 month contract role (total project length set at 2 years) this Operational Safety Specialist position is open within one of the world largest operators. The position requires someone with at least 6 years HSE experience who is interested in providing expertise to support the development maintenance and implementation of risk controls related to specifically Well Engineering Operational Safety. Daily tasks which you would be conducting including reviewing the HSE input to Well Delivery process from planning to execution phase such as interface documents and ER documents. Further you will need to have experience and continually review Wells HSE Management System to clarify and simplify requirements for front line staff to comply with regulatory and corporate standards. In addition you should look to participate and lead incident investigations, audits, self-assessments and health-checks and review incident investigations for quality of findings, participating in Incident Review Panels.
