Safety Health Environment (SHE) Advisor

Safety Health and Environment (SHE) advisor required for a large scale construction project in Barrow-in-furness for a minimum term 12 Month contract with a leading blue chip defence contractor. Paying up to £20.69 p/h.

A large blue chip engineering client are undertaking massive construction project at on of their sites in Barrow-in-Furness and require safety and health advisors to ensure the SHE operational plan is delivered to schedule across their submarine construction projects. You will be providing specialist SHE advice and guidance on the latest legislation to many facets of the business and will undertake the appropriate audits and inspections.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate Diploma level knowledge in Occupational Health and Safety Management. Hands on experience as a SHE on construction projects and experience of undertaking audits and inspections of contractors and their SHE arrangements. Due to the security clearance required for this role applicants must hold a British passport.

This is a 12 month contract with a leading blue chip engineering company on exciting submarine construction project paying £20.69 ph based in Barrow-In-Furness.
