Safety Data Specialist Job

SAFETY DATA SPECIALIST needed for a ONE (1) YEAR CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Parsippany, NJ.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Safety Data Specialist

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Triage and case prioritization based on seriousness of adverse events appropriate with company's SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify cases where supplemental or clarifying information is needed and notify the Drug Safety Response Center to obtain this information
- Perform reconciliation with licensing partners and CROs to ensure compliance and accurate receipt of all adverse event information.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Pharmaceutical Industry, drug safety experience is preferred.
- BA or BS degree in Life Sciences, Registered Nurse, Pharmacist or LPN with at least 4 years of medical/surgical nursing or a similar clinical setting; drug safety experience preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word.

- Good oral and written communication skills are mandatory.
