Safety Case Author

I am currently looking for a Nuclear Safety Case Author/ Technical Specialist for a Role based in Essex. The contract will be for an initial 9 months contract with further projects after that.Responsibilities: ? Review of documentation including design changes and operational procedures produced by the client relevant to safety case. ? Ensuring design and operations comply with future and current safety case requirements. Experience / Knowledge: ? At least 5 years of directly applicable work experience in the nuclear sector ? Radioactive operational experience essential ? Nuclear legislation ? Safety case production and management Personal Qualities: ? Ability to identify, outline and communicate technical details ? Questioning and self challenging attitude ? Ability to write text to meet regulatory, proposal, and other technical needs ? Ability to prepare submittals, schedules, project plans, scopes of work, etc ? Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment ? Self-start on assigned tasks and meet deadlines ?
