SAAS Engineer

My client is urgently looking to hire an experienced SAAS ENGINEER for the Human Resources Domain, who understands the HR customer as well as the IT field.

The SAAS ENGINEER will be responsible for the following:

- As SAAS ENGINEER you will monitor SAAS applications on availability and correct functioning and take proactive and reactive actions to assure continuity and compliance. Development, technical and application support is mainly outsourced to external vendors;
- In Changes the SAAS ENGINEER has an important role in monitoring the deliverables according to the Definition of Done;
- In your day to day work you have frequent contacts with the internal Customer (HR Netherlands) and the external vendors as part of supplier management;
- As an Engineer SAAS you are part of the HR SAAS team which consists of a Service manager and Engineers within department HR NL of HR&GSA (Human Resources
- The HRNL SAAS team is responsible for Support and Change of the HR SAAS applications eg IQN, Verzuim expert . HRNL SAAS focusses on managing the third parties, supporting projects and OCD related activities.

The ideal SAAS ENGINEER will have the following experience;

- At least Bachelor level;
- 3 -5 years of experience in a service-oriented role and experience with DevOps teams;
- Broad knowledge of Agile/scrum and Continuous delivery;
- Knowledge of and experience with outsourcing (SAAS), ITIL, Risk, Infrastructure and the OIB domain;
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Dutch), combined with interpersonal skills.
