S&F PROTECTION MULTI OPERATIONS SPECIALIST I needed for a CONTRACT HIRE opportunity with Yoh's client located in SEATTLE, WA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Responsible for efficiently receiving and processing incoming phones calls
- Collects and enters information into the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) Program, while maintaining contact with the Reporting Party to gather additional pertinent information
- The Call Taker then provides the information to the appropriate dispatcher or other Internal or External organizations for action
- Candidate must remain calm, showing empathy, conveying reassurance and instilling confidence in the caller that the proper response to their needs will result
- The Customer Servicer Representative Position is a representative of the Company and therefore it is critical that all Customer Service interactions are superior, respectful and professional

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Previous Call-Center and/or Dispatching experience preferred
- Experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High School diploma
