Projektbeschreibung

RWA & Regulatory Reporting are responsible for PRA Capital Reporting calculations, controls and reporting for the bank, working closely with the Chief Accountants Office for external submission to the PRA. The team's focus is to ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis that enables the business, Executive & Group customer's.

The Production Team will:

- Relationship manager to internal bank for RWA Reporting supporting the FD & Executive team directly for RWA reporting and management
- RWA Business Intelligence (MI) to enable optimum understanding of RWA usage to support day to day business operation and longer term strategic capital planning
- Responsible for the analysis & commentary for RWA & related disclosures to support CAD in regards IMS, COREP and other key external reported information
- Oversee the production and accuracy of the activity across the extended team This includes key reconciliations, adjustments, and other processes to support monthly RWA reporting

NECESSARY EXPERIENCE

- An detailed understanding of Corporate and Investment Banking businesses - their drivers and inter-dependencies
- Proven ability to identify, analyse and resolve issues with minimal supervision
- Experience in running meetingsability to efficiently interrogate, manipulate, analyse and validate large volumes of data with the aim of delivering meaningful MI and valuable insights into key credit risk drivers and their impact on credit positions.
- Strong verbal communication ability, good presentation skills and the ability to deliver confident and clear guidance and support on highly complex technical issues.
- Business writing ability, enabling communication of complex material to a wide audience.
- Credit Skills/MI Reporting Skills; Good understanding of credit risk metrics such as PD, LGD, Maturity and RWA.
- Knowledge of credit risk principles and credit risk management and mitigation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise and interact with several levels of management.
- Team leadership experience

ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES

- Financial controls knowledge and experience
- Understanding of relevant Regulatory rules
- People, process and systems skills and understanding with a keen interest in improving existing systems and challenging existing processed where appropriate
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly MS Excel & Powerpoint
- Practical experience with Basel 3.
- Ability to handle large and complex datasets. Data interrogation and analytical skills ie SAS, SQL.
- Use of mathematical and/or statistical skills to identify/analyse/interpret credit risk drivers.
