As a Marketing manager, you are a fully dedicated business leader, shaping the future of one of our client's many products. Whether you're on a consumer product or a business product, you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a loyal consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. The role enables you to shape the product development process, organize product launches from beginning to end and form future marketing strategy.
Our client delivers a growing range of innovative solutions that help businesses move fast and innovate - including communications and collaboration with apps - to small and large businesses, educational institutions and government agencies. As a partner marketing manager for our client you will have the chance to help more businesses through a strong community of over 6,000 cloud solution providers, value added resellers, managed service providers, and more. In this role you will work with some of our largest partners across EMEA to develop and implement joint go-to-market strategies. We're investing heavily to scale our global Enterprise business, and we need a marketing leader to accelerate this growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
BA or BS Degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Russian language skills or specific experience working in Russia.
5 or more years of marketing experience along with an understanding of partner marketing
Experience working with cloud solution providers, value added resellers or managed service providers
Demonstrable experience developing co-marketing campaigns, targeted audience campaigns and messaging
Strong track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics
Experience managing multiple external senior level relationships
Excellent written and oral communication skills with peers, management, 3rd parties, and cross-functional teams
Responsibilities:
Manage the planning, design, and execution of individual partner marketing plans, agree & track targets.
Heavy focus on Russian market and developing new programs in the region
Define the marketing investment strategy for scale and strategic partnerships
Develop meaningful and targeted joint messaging and materials tailored for each partnership
Own the marketing relationships with top partners and suggest growth opportunities
Collaborate with channel and business development managers to set and deliver on partner sales plan
