POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Allegis Group Services are the onsite recruitment partner at RBS and manage all contract and temporary opportunities for RBS M ensure that alerts are actioned (closed) in a timely manner and where necessary carrying out further analysis/investigation and ensuring appropriate escalation to relevant management; conducting investigations on the back of the alerts, including further electronic and voice communications retrievals, liaison with Advisory Compliance, HR and Legal and interviewing of Front Office staff; providing communications monitoring MI and trend analysis to appropriate management and more.

COMPETENCIES:

You will be a recent Graduate fluent in Russian language. Strong communication and interpersonal and analytical skills are mandatory.
