We are looking for an experienced Ruby developer with MySQL skills to join on a 6 month contract basis. On offer is an excellent daily rate and the opportunity to work with bleeding edge technologies on a daily basis.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

- 3+ years in either software/engineering/web development
- Ruby (1+ years)
- Hadoop/Hive/Hue
- MySQL/PostgreSQL
- Git/Github, TDD, Kanban
- Redis

PREFERRED SKILLS:

- Amazon Web Services - EC2, S3, CloudFront, ELB/Auto-scaling
- Continuous Integration Systems
- Memcached
- Nginx
- Front End development using CSS3 or HTML5
