Ruby on Rails/Python Developer (f/m)

for an existing contract with one of our direct clients we are urgently looking for a

RUBY ON RAILS/PYTHON DEVELOPER (F/M)

Start: ASAP/Duration: End of 2015/Location: Berlin (Germany)/ProjectID: 2345

As Ruby on Rails/Python Developer you will be strengthen the team in development and change request.

YOUR PROFILE:

- 4+ years of experience with Ruby, and Rails or experience with Python
- Strong experience with TDD, ideally RSpec
- Ideally experience with breaking Rails monolith apart into smaller services (SOA/microservices
- Fluent in English (knowledge of German is nice to have, but not required)

COMPANY TECH STACK:

- Main application written in Ruby on Rails, some services in Sinatra
- MySQL, ElasticSearch, REdis, Memcache, Resque, Sidekick
- REST APIs, JSON
- Frontend stack: Haml, Sass/Compass, CoffeeScript, RequireJS, Backbone, Jasmine
- Heavy focus on automated testing and TDD (RSpec, Caybara)
- Deplyment with Capistrano, server provisioning with Chef
- Moving towards SOA/microservice architecture
