Ruby on Rails Developer (Senior) wanted for our client in the telecom sector based in Zurich.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Upper-level training or equivalent in computer science
- At least five years of experience developing software with Ruby and/or Ruby on Rails
- Extensive understanding of dynamic web development, SQL PostgressSQI and Redis in-memory data store
- Fundamental knowledge of versioning using a Git Vim text editor
- Unix as preferred working environment
- Good written and spoken German and English
YOUR TASKS:
- Implementing of functions via Ruby on Rails
- Specifying and applying of Software components in close collaboration with clients and software architects
- Autonomous execution of adjustments and maintenance work
- Collaborating in cost estimation for modules, components and functions
