My client has a large Ruby on Rails environment and requires a Ruby on Rails expert to help them take their platform to the next level.

Requirements:

Strength in all the Ruby on Rails fundamentals, Ruby on Rails 3 and above
A firm database contention and object-oriented design
TDD/BDD with good automated test writing skills
Expert knowledge of web application security
Application performance testing and management
Experience of an Agile/Scrum environment
Strong Academic background.
