ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- GOOD RUBY/RAILS EXPERIENCE
- HTML + CSS + JavaScript
- Experience with TDD
- Agile Experience
BENEFICIAL SKILLS:
- Parried programming
- Cucumber or Rspec
- JQuery + CoffeeScript + Jasmine
- Backbone, Ember or other MVC JavaScript framework
