Ruby on Rails Developer

We build clean code, we have done since forever and we like to keep it this way and are big on TDD and Unit Testing, we'd like to see our Senior Ruby on Rails developer with experience of working in a TDD environment, however if you unit test and have not yet learned TDD, we're happy to teach if you're willing to learn.

We're a fully Agile environment, working our own project using Kanban, however we collaborate with Scrum teams throughout the group and adjust where needed, so a good agile knowledge is always helpful.

The Group:
Set up at the turn of the millennium, we've grown from 2 people and a terrible website to over 500 people (and a much better website), boasting a portfolio of E-commerce companies turning over £100million, serving millions of customers worldwide!

So what are we in need of?

* 3+ Years Ruby on Rails Experience
* 5+ years total Development Experience
* Experience in Scrum/Agile methodologies
* Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
* Solid skills in version control (eg Git, SVN)
* TDD
* Basic understanding on Continuous Integration
* E-commerce and social media experience preferred but not mandatory
