Ruby on Rails Developer:

Do you think along with our customers and advise you about (technical) solutions;
Make your software, where the design can also be seen by others, so that it remains appropriate for re factoring;
Always make your automated tests for critical software that you build;
you document your software where necessary adequate;
you work in an agile team and you report to your project and/or client and team members in a way that is always clear what is expected from you may be;
are you aware of the latest developments in Ruby area and want to share this knowledge with your colleagues and our clients.

What are you good at:

Our customers have very high standards and want to lead the Online development. Therefore, we believe it is important that you have 3-5 years experience as a software engineer, at least the last two years as a web developer, you have an HBO +-thinking and working level. Your personality play an important role. You are someone who goes for quality and capable to work in a multidisciplinary team. You do not look only for the best technical solutions, but takes into account the current and future needs, requirements and capabilities of the client. We expect that you will eventually not only seen by a client as an excellent developer, as well as functional sparring partner.

You have experience with the following tools/techniques:

Ruby on Rails with related tooling;
Software process support tools (Git, Jenkins, Travis);
Linux (and OS X);
SQL and No SQL databases (Postgre SQL, SQLServer, Oracle, Mongo DB);
Behaviour Driven Development or Test Driven Development (pre);
Frontend development (pre);
Agile teams.
