RTLS Site Lead - (Real-time Location System) Job

RTLS SITE TECHNICIAN (REAL TIME LOCATION SYSTEM) needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Battlecreek, MI.

What You'll Be Doing:

- RTLS Site Leads are physically located onsite RTLS support.
- Conduct solution implementation and deployment activities at VHA medical centers (VAMC), pharmacies, and outpatient clinics.
- Oversee implementation tasks and milestones including scheduling and coordination for all pre-deployment, deployment, and post-deployment activities related to the COTS RTLS solution.
- Install and repair RTLS hardware as needed.
- Work hand in hand with OIT to resolve any issues such as network port issues, connectivity or system communication issues.
- Provide user training on an as needed basis, implementation support, vendor troubleshooting, issue escalation, hardware installation and maintenance, active management of issues and ad hoc user coaching.
- Act as a technology partner liaison (Implementation leads maintain an interpretive and liaison position between end users and technology partners to assure smooth transition with user adoption of RTLS technology.)
- Serves as the interface between onsite client managers, vendor partner Project Managers, and the HPES Project Manager.
- Provide tier 1 remote and onsite technical support for all RTLS system issues including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and issue escalation.
- Utilize effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams and users.
