- Gaming background and preferably a familiarity with RPG's
- Someone who is passionate about gaming or a gamer him/herself
- Familiarity with DeskPRO ticketing system (or other ticketing systems)
- Desktop support background (Windows OS, Microsoft Office, various PC hardware and software)
- Mac O/S familiarity would be a bonus
- Good communication and documentation skills are very important
- Solid customer service skills-client prides themselves on amazing customer service
- Background check required
