Rostering Analyst

- Initial 6 month contract
- CBD location

Multiple Senior Rostering Analysts required to source, analyse and review current roster patterns covering approximately 2, 500 staff and contractors for this well-known organisation in the CBD.

REPORTING TO THE ROSTERING PROJECT LEAD, YOU WILL UNDERTAKE THE DATA ANALYSIS, DESIGN OF NEW ROSTERING PATTERNS, IMPLEMENTATION AND INITIAL SUPPORT TO ALIGN STAFF TO REQUIRED WORK.

DUTIES:

- Create cost effective rosters aligned to workload requirements
- Provide hands on stakeholder and employee engagement and communication activities including significant amounts of time working at regional sites
- Create and enter the new roster requirements into system and troubleshoot any issues or concerns
- Support the implementation and roll out of roster and roster pattern changes
- Provide timely status reporting to initiatives team and line management

BACKGROUND:

- Experience in supporting significant change initiatives within a large organisation
- Experience in Workforce Planning and/or rostering methodology and initiatives in a similarly complex environment - preferably with 24x7 working environment
- Proven experience in Workforce Planning and/or rostering software
- Extensive experience of rosters, complex EBA's and localised working practices
- Ability to establish relationships, influence, and work in partnership with stakeholders and employees at all levels
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
