Role Responsibilities:
* Organising and managing a team of root cause analysis specialists.

* Utilising a wide range of complex data to analyse customer complaints.

* Identifying and recommending opportunities for reducing customer complaints volumes.

* Analysis of trends, themes and common underlying issues regarding customer complaints.

Skills Required:

* An extensive knowledge of analytical tools and techniques and their practical

application within financial services organisations

* Experience of monitoring quality and performance, and raising standards over time

* Good business and operational administration skills and experience

* Communicates verbally and in writing in a style appropriate to audience

* A specific knowledge of six sigma or statistical analysis expected

* Able to develop and maintain a wide range of relationships

* Substantial and proven Team Management experience

* Report writing skills
