Room Leader - Barnet

Capita are currently recruiting an experienced room leader to run the pre-school room within a busy Day Nursery in Barnet. This position is to start ASAP and the ideal candidate will hold an EYP/EYT certificate and have leadership experience.

To be a successful applicant you must have:
*An NVQ Level 3 in Childcare & Education or equivalent and a minimum of 12 months recent experience as a Room Leader.
*An in depth understanding of the EYFS & nursery policies & procedures.
*The ability to use your initiative.
*The ability to work as part of a team
*An awareness of Safeguarding policies and procedures.
